After receiving his accounting degree at New York University, and his law degree from Saint John's School of Law, Michael went to work for 5 years as a prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, While working in this office he immediately distinguished himself and was assigned to prosecute some of the highest profile cases in the county.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office in 1988, Michael went to work as a Senior Investigative Attorney for the Department of Investigation where he participated in investigations that involved various private and public officials.

His educational and prosecutorial experience uniquely qualifies him to vigorously defend all types of criminal investigations and offenses. Whether his clients are charged with a complex million dollar theft, an assault, a narcotics or sexual offense, DWI/DUI or any type of fraudulent activity, Michael has the knowledge and background to provide the highest level of representation for his clients.

Michael is admitted to the courts of the state of New York and the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts. His clients include both individuals, and corporations throughout the metropolitan area.

A life long resident of New York City, Michael makes his home in Manhattan with his wife and 2 young daughters.
