Repeat Offense DWI Penalties

If you are arrested for a second DWI in 10 years, you will be facing felony drunk driving charges (Class E felony). Fines are increased to $2000-$10,000
Jail time is enhanced to up to seven years
Probation is increased to five years
License revocation is increased to 18 months
